Francis is a 43 year old Black American from Oakland, California. He comes from a family that migrated from Mississippi and found community within the Bay Area. Francis is a soft spoken individual that dives into pensive thoughts about the way the world is. On the contrary he is quick to show his love to those around him through his actions in the moment. Big love and joy are emotions that are typically felt around Francis, but in this moment of his life there’s overbearing weight of guilt, despair and an air of being adrift.

Kiko is a 40 year old Asian American from San Francisco, California. She is the third generation of a family that immigrated to San Francisco. Kiko is a reflective individual that views things from multiple angles before she speaks. The confidence in her speak can be felt despite the inquisitive nature of her speech. Tenderness, directness, compassion are emotions that could be felt while in her presence.
